• Arrange a free on-site survey
• Follow up if you don't respond to our initial contact
• Maintain a record of enquiries for our own reporting

• Rae Reach — our marketing partner, who handles the ad campaign & lead management platform on our behalf

• Supabase — a backup database used only as a technical failover
• Netlify — the web host serving this landing page

How long we keep it

If your enquiry becomes a customer, we keep your records for the duration of our business relationship plus 6 years (for tax purposes). If you don't become a customer, we keep your enquiry for up to 12 months for follow-up, then delete it.
